No. Pre-registered subscribers without BVN are to be processed for a complete a NIN registration.

National Identity numbers are issued by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) and returned electronically to the licensee for onward delivery to the subscribers.

Nothing. You can only register for the NIN once. In the event of non-receipt of NIN, loss, reissue or other problems, such should be handled individually with a licensed agent. You can also visit, the NIMC website for assistance.

• Minors are supposed to come with valid NIN of parent
